I do need to take a breath, you should too.
The other day I was twittering and posted a tweet that stated…”Winding down, I don’t think I’ve taken a breath all day.” One of my new twitter followers Michael Henreckson author of the blog The Paperweight, said “Do breathe. It’s healthy and enjoyable.” We both know I did actually breath during the day, but it got me thinking about how much I actually do take moments through out the day to take a deep breath and relax for just a moment. Maybe I should start by taking a breath right now…

I forget sometimes how important it is for me to take moments through out the day to just breathe, relax and wind down. Sometimes days get crazy busy and I feel like I can’t do this, but even one moment can keep me sane.
This article actually gives some tips on what to do during the day to keep energized, breathing and meditation are on the list.
My challenge to everyone and myself is to take at least two breathing moments through out the day and work up to what ever makes you happiest. I know to start, for me, I will have to at least take breaths when I am most stressed.
